Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has battled through hamstring and groin injuries this season and he exited from Sunday's game at the Baltimore Ravens in the second quarter with an injury to his right ankle.
Peterson caught a pass along the sideline and went to extend for the first down before a Ravens defender rolled over both of his legs. Peterson immediately showed signs that he was in pain.
