Stormy weather in D.C. postpones Twins' match-up with Nationals

The Minnesota Twins' next chance at breaking their brief two-game skid will have to wait another day.
With Tropical Storm Andrea bearing down on Washington D.C., the Twins' Friday night match-up against the Nationals was postponed shortly after noon ET.
The Twins will play a doubleheader on Sunday, with the first game set for 1:30 p.m. and the second scheduled to begin at 7:05 p.m.
Kevin Correia, who was scheduled to start for the Twins on Friday, will get the nod on Saturday. The rotation is expected to stay in order, with Scott Diamond and Samuel Deduno getting the starts in Sunday's doubleheader.
The Twins arrived in D.C. after their recent upward surge was slowed down with back-to-back losses in a three-game series with the Royals.
