Barring a last-minute waiver move or trade, the Minnesota Twins' 25-man roster appears to be set.
The team officially placed right-hander Tim Wood on the disabled list while reassigning injured pitchers Rich Harden and Rafael Perez to the minor leagues, leaving 25 men on the active roster -- 12 pitchers, two catchers, six infielders and five outfielders.
Pitchers Scott Diamond and Anthony Swarzak are also on the disabled list.
