NHL free agency is in full-swing and the Minnesota Wild continues to firm up their roster.

Defenseman Drew Bagnall and forward Jed Ortmeyer re-signed with the Wild on Friday, while Burnsville native Kyle Medvec, a defesneman from the University of Vermont, was also added to the team.

Signed to a two-year deal, Bagnall played the majority of the season with the Wild's AHL affiliate the Houston Aeros. He was teammates with Ortmeyer, who is now under contract through next season, during the Aeros' run to the Calder Cup finals this year.

Selected by the Wild in the fourth round of the 2006 NHL Draft, Medvec starred for Apple Valley high school before heading to Vermont, where he played for four years, racking up 38 career points. Medvec inked a two-year contract.

Earlier on Friday, the Wild re-signed backup goaltender Josh Harding, choosing to part ways with goalie Jose Theodore and left wing Andrew Brunette.
