Former Minnesota Gophers football teammates Ra'Shede Hageman and Brock Vereen will get the chance to reunite later this month in Indianapolis at the NFL's Scouting Combine (Feb. 22-25).
Hageman and Vereen are expected to be among 36 prospects from the Big Ten at the combine.
Hageman, a formidable 6-foot-6, 311-pound defensive tackle who was a dominant force on the Gophers' D-line last season, has been widely projected as a first round pick. He would become the first Minnesota player since 2007 (Laurence Maroney) to be taken in the draft's initial round.
On the other hand, Vereen has been targeted as a possible late round pick. Vereen, who shifted from safety to cornerback in his senior season, was a four-year starter in the Gophers' secondary.
Here's the list of Big Ten prospects expected to be at the combine, as compiled by the Big Ten Network's Tom Dienhart.
