Josh Harding practiced Wednesday with the Wild for the first time since mid-January, according to the team's blog, View From the Lighthouse.

Harding, who was the team's MVP while he was on the ice, has been sidelined while dealing with multiple sclerosis. He joined the team in Chicago and told the team's website it felt "great."

The Wild play the Blackhawks tomorrow night.

Here's a post-practice video of Harding, which is posted on the team's website.

Harding said he has not set a timetable for his return. His health, obviously, is the most important thing. With that said, the Wild's goaltending situation is a mess right now.
