Justin Morneau out of the lineup after taking knee to head

After taking a knee to the head and leaving Wednesday night's ballgame, Justin Morneau is not in the lineup on Thursday night for the Twins.
Per Joe Christensen of the Star Tribune, Michael Cuddyer will play first base.
Delmon Young was also involved in a collision in Wednesday night's ballgame, banging his wrist on Denard Span's shin, but he remains in the lineup and will bat fifth.
