Kevin Love turned in his first 30 point performance of his career as the Minnesota Timberwolves improved 5-1 this preseason beating the Milwaukee Bucks 114-109 in South Dakota.

Love continued his impressive preseason, finishing with 32 points on 12-17 shooting and grabbing 13 rebounds. Love had another hot night from behind the three point arc, shooting 3-5 from distance.  Great discipline was also on display for Love, who played down the stretch five fouls.

Coach Kurt Rambis once again tinkered with his starting lineup, putting Wayne Ellington alongside usual starters Luke Ridnour, Michael Beasley, Kevin Love and Darko Milicic.

Ellington rewarded Rambis with an 22 point performance in 25 minutes.  Ellington went 8-11, including 3-3 from three, four assists, three rebounds, two steals and a block.

Luke Ridnour had 10 points and seven assists in 32 minutes against his former team.

The Timberwolves preseason continues Tuesday night against the Indiana Pacers before wrapping up the preseason Friday at Milwaukee.
