Kevin Love's outlet passes have a tendency to lead to highlight-worthy plays.
That's especially true when the Timberwolves forward passes it to himself.
During practice Thursdain Phoenix, Love bounced a ball off the far wall and proceeded to throw down a dunk to the delight of his teammates, especially rookie Gorgui Dieng, whose scream appears to be the one heard roaring in the background.
After a key win over Phoenix on Tuesday, it looks like the Wolves are getting a little enjoyment out of their three-day break between games.
They are scheduled to practice again in Phoenix on Friday before leaving for Sacramento. The Wolves face the Kings Saturday in the fourth stop on their current five-game road trip.
In another positive for the Wolves to come out Thursday's practice, center Nikola Pekovic and guard Kevin Martin were able to participate in five-on-five drills. Pekovic has sat out 13 straight games with nagging soreness in his right ankle, while Martin has been sidelined for nearly three weeks with a fractured left thumb.
