Minnesota Twins second baseman Orlando Hudson left Friday night's game in the third inning with a strained right oblique.

Hudson hit a sharp fly ball to centerfield, but grabbed his right side after running out of the batter's box.

Alexi Casilla replaced Hudson in the lineup.

Earlier this season, Hudson missed 16 games with a strained wrist.
