EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. -- Teddy Bridgewater is the Vikings quarterback of the future.

That's what GM Rick Spielman hopes, anyway, after selecting Bridgewater with the No. 32 pick in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Here is a quick glance at Bridgwater:

In his junior season at Louisville, passed for 3,970 yards and 31 touchdowns compared to just 4 interceptions. He completed 71 percent of his passes (303-for-427).

Spielman said Bridgewater is the best quarterback in the draft against the blitz and has mobility in the pocket.
