Michael Jenkins isn't done just yet.

Released by the Minnesota Vikings earlier this month, the veteran receiver is signing with the New England Patriots, the team announced.

Jenkins, who turns 31 in June, had 40 catches for 449 yards (11.2 average) and two touchdowns in his second season with the Vikings in 2012.

He's in obvious decline, and the Vikings weren't going to pay him the $2.425 million roster bonus due as part of the contract he renegotiated to include a pay cut in August.
