Report: Erin Henderson to sue state after arrest on suspicion of DWI

We may now have some clarity to where MLB Erin Henderson has been while missing time for "personal reasons."
Henderson was arrested Nov. 19 on suspicion of DWI and registered a 0.11 blood-alcohol content, according to Brian Murphy of the Pioneer Press.

Henderson did not play in the game against Green Bay and missed practices last week for "personal reasons." In Henderson's absense, Audie Cole filled in admirably.
Cornerback A.J. Jefferson was arrested Monday morning and then released by the team hours later. Jerome Simpson was arrested Nov. 9 on a DWI charge, making Henderson's arrest the third in less than three weeks.
