The Gophers football coordinators will get six-figure raises in their new three-year contracts, according to Joe Christensen of the Star Tribune

Accordig to Christensen's reporting, Gophers defensive coordinator Tracy Claeys received a raise from $346,800 to $600,000. Offensive coordinator Matt Limegrover will go from $341,800 annually to $550,000, according to the report.

For Claeys, that's a 73 percent raise; For Limegrover, it's a 61 percent raise.

When Jerry Kill signed his second contract extension, it included language that required his assistants will rank in the top-six in the Big Ten in salary.

The Gophers went 4-4 in the Big Ten in 2013, and the season culminated in an embarrassing loss to Syracuse in the Texas Bowl.

For the salary of the rest of the nine assistant coaches, read Christensen's blog here.
