It's a time of heavy turnover at Winter Park. Now that the head coach is in place, things likely will start to take shape on the staff.
But there may also be some front office movement. According to NFL Insider Ian Rapoport, the Miami Dolphins have reached out to the Vikings about assistant GM George Paton, as Miami looks to fill its vacant GM job. Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio said it is believed Paton will interview for the job.
It's yet unclear if an interview has been scheduled with Paton, but Miami reportedly has conducted six interviews with other candidates.
Paton worked with the Dolphins from 2001-06 as the director of pro personnel.
