Recently fired Vikings coach Leslie Frazier has found work. He'll be the next defensive coordinator of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to reports.

Frazier will join new head coach Lovie Smith's staff. The news was first reported by ESPN.com.

The Star Tribune and Pioneer Press also confirmed the addition.

Frazier reportedly was not Smith's first choice, according to ESPN.com's Pat Yasinskas, but Frazier was "no worse than the second choice" for defensive coordinator. Reports say the Bucs wanted Dallas' defensive line coach, Rod Marinelli, but he was not released from his contract with Dallas.

What do you think, readers, will Frazier be a good fit in Tampa?
