MINNEAPOLIS - Jamarca Sanford has left the game. The safety limped off the field under his own power several plays into the second quarter.

The team announced Sanford left with a groin injury, and his return is questionable.

Sanford was on the Vikings' injury report with week with an ankle injury. He did not miss any practice time this week.

Backup safety Andrew Sendejo was already starting for the injured Harrison Smith. Mistral Raymond has taken Sanford's place on the field for the Vikings.
