The Twins, struggling to fill a rotation, plan to recall Liam Hendriks from Triple-A Rochester, the team announced Wednesday.

Hendriks is 0-1 this season in 16 innings over three starts for the Twins. In Rochester, he has pitched to a 4.67 ERA over 98 1/3 innings with 62 strikeouts and 15 walks.

The Aussie will join the Twins in Cleveland on Thursday and he will be activated before his scheduled start Saturday. They'll have to make a corresponding roster move Saturday to clear room on the active roster for Hendriks.
