NASHVILLE, Tenn. -- Titans quarterback Jake Locker has no structural damage to his left, non-throwing shoulder, and coach Mike Munchak says Locker will be day-to-day this week as Tennessee prepares to play the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday at the Metrodome.
An ESPN report on Monday night indicated that Locker is expected to miss Sunday's game and veteran Matt Hasselbeck would start.
Locker dislocated his shoulder early in a 38-14 loss to Houston on Sunday as he was sacked by Texans cornerback Glover Quinn. He watched the rest of the game and had an MRI on Monday.
Munchak says the Titans (1-3) will know in the next couple days whether Locker will play against the Vikings. The coach says Locker surprised everyone with his quick recovery after hurting the same shoulder in the opener. Munchak says Locker held the ball too long on a three-step drop.© The Associated Press
