The Minnesota Twins have activated second baseman Orlando Hudson from the disabled list. To make room on the 25-man roster, Anthony Slama was optioned to Class-AAA Rochester.

Hudson missed two weeks with a strained oblique muscle.

Slama threw 4 2/3 innings in his brief stint in the big leagues, allowing four earned runs on six hits and five walks. He struck out five.
