Minnesota Twins catcher Joe Mauer and his wife Maddie are expecting -- you guessed it -- twins.
Twins public relations director Dustin Morse tweeted the news on Wednesday night -- "Congrats to Joe & Maddie Mauer who are expecting Twins!"
Joe and Maddie tied the knot in December with a reception downtown Minneapolis that included several dozen current and former teammates.
