The Twins have exacted revenge from the Blue Jays for nabbing Darin Mastroianni

The team announced Thursday that they claimed outfielder Kenny Wilson from Toronto. Wilson must be added to the 40-man roster, but the Twins had an opening since Jason Bartlett retired.

The Twins optioned Wilson to Double-A New Britain.

He has stolen 196 bases in 505 minor league games since being drafted in the second round of 2008 by Toronto.

The Blue Jays designated Wilson for assignment Tuesday when they claimed Mastroianni off waivers from the Twins.
