The Minnesota Twins lost 6-2 to the Oakland Athletics on Sunday afternoon, further delaying an American League Central championship.

Joe Mauer left the game in the sixth inning after tweaking his knee. The Twins classified it as a jammed knee and Mauer is listed as day-to-day.

"We're going to see how it is the next couple of days and go from there," Mauer told the Associated Press.

Michael Cuddyer's sixth-inning blast was his first home run at Target Field since May 8.
