Following Saturday's win over the Baltimore Orioles, the Minnesota Twins optioned left-hander Tyler Robertson to Triple-A Rochester.

Robertson allowed a grand slam to Baltimore's Chris Davis on Friday afternoon, which broke the game open in the bottom of the eighth inning.

The Twins also officially placed Cole De Vries on the 15-day disabled list due to a strained forearm.

To fill the two empty roster spots, the Twins recalled left-hander Pedro Hernandez to make his Twins debut against the Orioles on Sunday, and the team also activated Anthony Swarzak (ribs) from the disabled list.
