The Twins are trying to navigate an injured and mishapen roster that currently includes one bench player. Now, they've added a second.

Sam Fuld has been placed on the seven-day concussion disabled list. To take his place on the active roster the Twins have recalled Eduardo Nunez.

Eduardo Escobar started in center field Thursday in Cleveland and Pedro Florimon was the team's only bench player.

Nunez is on his way to Cleveland and will be available upon arrival, according to the Twins. Nunez was with the Rochester Red Wings, who are in nearby Columbus, Ohio.
