Nine down, one to go.
The Minnesota Vikings announced on Wednesday they have signed third-round draft pick Josh Robinson, leaving only top pick Matt Kalil unsigned roughly 24 hours before players report to training camp in Mankato.
Robinson confirmed the news on Twitter with a photo of his jersey, writing: "Official like a ref and a whistle!! Signed that paper!! Thank you Father!"
There was never any concern about getting Robinson's deal done, even though he was stuck in a logjam of unsigned picks near the top of Round 3. He's expected to compete for a starting job at cornerback when camp begins on Friday morning.
Kalil's deal remained hung up over offset language, raising the possibility he won't report on time on Thursday afternoon. Players can't participate in training camp without a contract.
