The Minnesota Vikings are expected to sign wide receiver Javon Walker, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Walker, who became a free agent after being released by the Raiders in March, worked out at Winter Park last Friday.

His last productive season came in 2006, when he caught 69 passes for 1,084 yards and eight touchdowns for the Denver Broncos.

Walker played four seasons with Brett Favre in Green Bay from 2002-2005, although the two did not exactly end on great terms.
