The Minnesota Vikings will make two trips to Houston this year, and they'll see Randy Moss twice as well -- assuming he's still on the San Francisco 49ers' roster.
The preseason schedule, released by the NFL on Wednesday, includes an exhibition opener at San Francisco against Moss and the 49ers and a finale against the Texans, who also will host the Vikings in the regular season. The 49ers come to the Metrodome in the regular season as well.
The Vikings' other two exhibition games will be against Buffalo and San Diego at the Metrodome in the preseason's second and third weeks -- the weeks starters usually play the most.
Dates and times for each game will be released at a later date. None of the Vikings' preseason games is scheduled for national TV. The regular-season schedule should be released later this month.
Teams can report to training camp 15 days before their exhibition openers, putting the Vikings' reporting date in late July.
