The team agreed to terms on a one-year deal with Jackson, 27, on Thursday. Interest in Lacey, 25, also was known after his visit a couple of weeks ago.
The signings put 67 players under contract, pending undrafted rookies passing their physicals. The Vikings selected nine players in the NFL Draft, leaving room for 14 undrafted signings.
Jackson (6-foot-4, 271 pounds) was Seattle's first-round draft pick (28th overall) out of Southern California in 2008. He played two seasons with the Seahawks and three with Detroit, which acquired him for a sixth-round draft pick in August 2010. He has 19½ sacks in 69 NFL games.
Lacey (5-10, 177) was undrafted out of Oklahoma State in 2009. But he made the Indianapolis Colts' roster and appeared in every game as a rookie. In 54 career games with Indianapolis (2009 to '11) and Detroit (2012), Lacey has six interceptions and 25 passes defended.
