One day after losing one defensive back from their practice squad, the Minnesota Vikings signed another.
Second-year cornerback Reggie Jones was added on Wednesday to replace Domonique Johnson, whom the Washington Redskins signed to their 53-man roster on Tuesday.
Jones (6-foot, 193 pounds) was undrafted out of Portland State in 2009. The 25-year-old has spent time with New Orleans and Washington but has not appeared in an NFL game.
After practicing on Monday, the Vikings were off Tuesday and Wednesday. They'll resume practice on Thursday in advance of Monday's game at Green Bay.
