The Minnesota Vikings announced on Tuesday they've waived tackle Mark Jackson, an undrafted rookie from Glenville State.

Jackson, a onetime Gophers recruit who began his college career at Illinois before transferring because of off-field issues, signed earlier this month for a $3,000 bonus.

The roster now stands at 89 players, one below the offseason limit. The Vikings have 86 players under contract and tenders out to their three unsigned first-round draft picks.
