Two of David Kahn's newest additions helped the Minnesota Timberwolves start off their exhibition slate in style.

Martell Webster had 24 points and Michael Beasley had 21 in Monday's 111-92 win over the Los Angeles Lakers in London.

Webster and Beasley were acquired in separate offseason trades as Kahn overhauled a roster that lost 67 games last season, and they figure heavily in the team's hopes for improving this season.

The Wolves' Eurotrip continues on Wednesday against the New York Knicks in Paris. They open their stateside exhibition slate on Oct. 12 against Denver at Target Center.
