Days before their lockout-delayed opener, the Minnesota Wild continued filling out their roster on Tuesday, signing right wing Nick Palmieri to a one-year, two-way contract.
Palmieri, 23, has 19 points, 33 penalty minutes and a plus-nine rating in 36 games this season with the Wild's AHL affiliate in Houston. He appeared in nine games for the Wild last season.
The Wild open on Saturday night against Colorado.
