The Minnesota Wild has signed center Joel Broda to a three-year, entry-level contract.

Broda, 20, had 73 points -- including 39 goals, a league-high 23 of them on power plays -- and 65 penalty minutes last season with the Western Hockey League's Calgary Hitmen.

The Yorkton, Sask., native is one of 36 players participating in the Wild's development camp this week.
