San Diego’s Stone Brewing is playing their part in the city’s water-recycling initiative. The brewery has released Full Circle, a pale ale made with recycled sewage water. Pat Tiernan, Stone’s COO, claims the water is some of the best they’ve used for brewing, and that they are committed to helping create a recycled-water program. The beer has hints of caramel and tropical fruit, and is “a very clean-tasting beer,” according to the company’s head of brewing and innovation, Steve Gonzalez.
