As for Kirk Cousins, ProFootball Talk is reporting via a source that the Vikings and New York Jets are the only two teams who have shown interest in Cousins thus far.
NFL Network’s Ian Rapaport did add this:

There are also reports that Case Keenum could be the first quarterback to sign.
